The director role indicates that you are a leader within the SixPivot business, working with other stakeholders to help shape and evolve SixPivot’s scalability, sustainability, and profitability.
In addition to the role expectations of a Principal Consultant, as Practice Director you are responsible for developing new offerings that differ from our traditional T&M model, enhancing existing consulting offerings and streamlining internal processes to increase profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities in the market and develop them into new offerings
Identify opportunities to build products based on our consulting experience
Work with SixPivot and client stakeholders to structure JumpSpiders opportunities for success
Work with business development and commercial team members within SixPivot to structure commercially viable consulting offerings based on identified opportunities
Define the outcomes, working collateral, and deliverables for new consulting offerings. Checklists, engagement outlines, templates, etc
Identify, create, and refine repeatable IP artefacts to be used for improved efficiency, or increased margin on consulting engagements
Identify opportunities to evolve repeatable IP into full-fledged products or consulting offerings
Identify gaps in team capabilities and design a strategy to bridge these gaps
