**Project Delivery**&#x20;

You’ve demonstrated the ability to take ownership of the delivery of a project from proposal to production with limited oversight. You can: &#x20;

* Proficiently set up and lead a software project using agile practices&#x20;
* Confidently build a product vision with a customer that will deliver the best value to their business&#x20;
* Comfortably define and manage project scope and provide estimates on the work that needs to be undertaken&#x20;
* Actively track the progress of a project and manage customer expectations of delivery times and costs, identifying and working to remove any possible roadblocks early&#x20;
* Recognise delivery or personnel issues early and define strategies to proactively remedy the issue&#x20;
* Keep the SixPivot account manager and associated Principal Consultant up to date with project delivery&#x20;

**Team, Clients and Peers**&#x20;

You've demonstrated the ability to lead a team and mentor peers. You can: &#x20;

* Effectively steer technical and non-technical conversations to positive outcomes over any medium&#x20;
* Confidently run project and team meetings, keeping participants focused and on topic&#x20;
* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical people&#x20;
* Proactively support team members and peers by explaining new concepts and coaching them when required&#x20;
* Confidently position the value of the SixPivot approach using agile processes and why it is an effective way to deliver software&#x20;
* Thrive through respectful feedback when giving and receiving constructive or positive comments&#x20;

**Technical**&#x20;

You have demonstrated the ability to craft software that delivers value to our clients. You can:&#x20;

* Confidently make architectural recommendations encompassing technical and non-technical concerns like:&#x20;
* infrastructure, identity management, security, scalability, concurrency and maintainability into consideration&#x20;
* Operational cost and support, business continuity, and disaster recovery&#x20;
* Confidently have a healthy debate with clients and peers around technical decisions while maintaining composure&#x20;
