It's important to us to have data and a pulse on how our team are going and to learn what we need to work on. We use Culture Amp for our anonymous team surveys. Our cadence is generally:

  • Event feedback (external speakers, hackathons etc) - as and when they happen, roughly every other month

  • Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) survey - once a year

  • Engagement survey - once a year

We like to talk openly and share quantitative results with the team and themes of the comments from surveys. You'll be able to find all of our previous surveys and results here.
